The hotel's location was perfect, as there was a huge shopping mall just a short walk away, which was great for last-minute Christmas shopping. the metro station nearby was easy to navigate and allowed us to explore more of the area. The staff were friendly and attentive, and always willing to help with any requests we had. We especially enjoyed the restaurant, as the food was delicious and offered a nice variety of options.
The bathroom was a bit small and could use some improvement. We also found it frustrating that there was no "Do not disturb" sign available, as housekeeping would often come in and disturb our rest.
